Before Pregnancy Care

by admin

Healthy habits in the few months prior to conception are important. It’s a good idea to see your family doctor before you start trying to get pregnant.
He or she will give you the information you need to make personalized decisions about your nutrition, taking vitamin supplements, your medications, and other health issues related to pregnancy. In some situations, you may be asked to see a specialist in internal medicine to deal with pre-existing diseases you have and/or an obstetrician-gynecologist before attempting conception.
